Don't miss the Grand Opening of Homebound's model home at 2901 Lakeside Village Blvd. on Saturday, February 21, 10 am - 1 pm.

Grand Opening in Lakeside Village to showcase company’s craftsmanship and streamlined building process

Homebound will host a Grand Opening on Saturday, Feb. 21, in The Villas at Lakeside. The event takes place from 10 am to 1 pm in the model home (2901 Lakeside Village Blvd.) in Lakeside Village.

The Spanish Colonial villas by Homebound are priced from $1.799 million. They offer premium finishes, spacious floorplans and exceptional craftsmanship, paired with turfed yards and HOA-managed maintenance for true lock-and-leave living.

Lake Grapevine (along with spectacular sunsets) and Northshore Trail sit just steps away from The Villas at Lakeside. The Shops at Lakeside, featuring some of the area’s top restaurants, is a 10-minute walk.

The Villas at Lakeside are the final single-family homes to be built in this very popular community, which is only a 10-minute drive from DFW International Airport. Six are currently in various stages of construction.

Twelve-foot ceilings, premium appliances and luxurious finishes adorn Homebound’s kitchens.

Guests at the Open House will enjoy light bites and exclusive giveaways while touring the new model home. Homebound’s streamlined and transparent approach to homebuilding also will be on full display.

The online building process provides homeowners with real-time pricing, project updates and a single point of accountability from start to finish. Buyers have the chance to personalize their homes while maintaining efficiency throughout the build.

The result: Homebound builds homes 40 percent faster than competitors with approximately 25 percent lower costs.

About Homebound

“The Villas at Lakeside is our first community in Texas. It represents everything Homebound stands for as we expand into new communities this year,” said Charlie Coleman, Homebound’s regional president in Texas. “We are bringing a higher level of quality, clarity and customer advocacy to a market that is ready for a more streamlined building experience.”

Operating across California, Colorado, Texas and Florida, the company has grown fivefold since 2021.

Homebound has built in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex since 2022 on individual homesites in Dallas. Its presence across North Texas and Houston will accelerate this year with major lot acquisitions.

In addition to The Villas at Lakeside, the builder is expanding into several new communities, including Swan Lake in Dallas, Park Place and Mosaic in Prosper, Sherley Farms in Anna and Westhill Parks in Mansfield, acquiring or optioning more than 1,065 total lots and representing approximately $731 million in land value.

Homebound is the first AI-native homebuilder, using technology to reshape homebuilding. Founded to rebuild after wildfires, the company is now solving one of residential construction’s most complex challenges: making homebuilding more efficient while delivering better customer experiences.

Following the Tubbs Fire in Northern California in 2018, Homebound was created to address the challenges homeowners face when rebuilding custom homes. The company brings together construction, real estate and technology expertise under one roof, offering a more efficient and customer-focused alternative to traditional homebuilding. While Homebound remains active in disaster recovery efforts in California, its Texas operations reflect the company’s long-term commitment to growing in high-demand markets.
