Touring Chocolatier is an artisan chocolate shoppe & bakery, offering a wide of variety of unique truffles & bonbons, plus lots of other chocolate-y goodies and baked goods. Classes for truffle-making, wine/chocolate pairings, and more. Fundraising & corporate gifts.

Head Chocolatier Kay Thibodeaux earned her degree from Ecole Chocolat, and has worked with award-winning chocolate industry personnel including Ed Seguine, member of the Heirloom Cacao Preservation Initiative and the scientist who helped map the cocoa genome; Food Network personality Chef Jin Caldwell; Johnson & Wales in Denver, CO; the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in New York City; the New Orleans School of Cooking; and Chef Kevin Wenzel of Wiseman House Chocolates in Hico, TX.
